Fresh From The Harbour
Line-caught fish, shell-on prawns and day-boat shellfish, iced at sea and packed by hand the same way our harbour families have done it since 1952.
1952
Three generations on the same quay. Ice, salt air and a sharp knife — that is the whole recipe, and we have never seen a reason to change it.

A Harbour Since 1952
Our first ice house went up on the north pier in 1952, built from timber salvaged off a wrecked trawler. Boats still land on that same quay before dawn, and the catch still goes into ice within the hour.

Recipes From The Crab Shack
The shack at the end of the pier has fried, grilled and boiled everything we sell. Every pack carries the notes the family wrote down: how long to steam, when to stop, and what to do with the shells.
